How to Maintain Social Order
In sociology there are three very influential men who have helped to make it possible to understand the different types of societies that existed and the way these societies worked. Using the ideas of these three men, Karl Marx, Max Weber, and Emile Durkheim, one can understand many different ideas, theories, and ideas of sociology. From Marx's writings on the fall of capitalism and the revolt of the proletariat, to Weber's concept of social stratification, to Durkheim's types of solidarities, these three have tried to elaborate on their theories to explain how social order can be maintained.
Marx: Marx was responsible for many different important concepts; one of the most important was that of the division of classes.
