Formation of CPC and its Role in Government
China is known to most as just a communist country under a communistic rule of the central government, or CPC. It is really a multi-layer political consultation system with all participating parties being under the leadership of the CPC. They work together in a type of cooperation that lets them all work together for the benefit of their country. This is very different, if not the opposite, of the multiple party competition system of the Western countries, in which the parties for the most part appose each other. The point of this system is to act as a check and balance system to make sure that no one party controls too much. The voice of the people is supposed to be heard through their votes on who is in power in these parties. In China the people vote on who are most offices that are under the control of the CPC.
