Happiness is a positive feeling one experiences when struck with good luck, an opportunity, or a good event. Many philosophers have attempted to completely define happiness, by research and years of searching for happiness. "Happiness is the ultimate realization that everything was, and is, exactly as it should be," was said by Paul, an independent scholar from the Netherlands (his last name wasn’t revealed). Another definition by Confucius, a famed Chinese philosopher, "We take great pains to persuade others that we are happy than in endeavoring to think so ourselves." Many things can make one happy; but happiness is always reached in the same way. Not is it getting what you most desire, but it is being awarded it after working for it. The feeling of accomplishment is true happiness.
