Dear Council Members,

Western Union is proud to update the Zacatecas community on the progress of Our World, Our Family initiative. When our company started the initiative earlier in January, we wanted this program to create more jobs and to progress the local economy. Under the Our World Gives component, Western Union has since contributed over $1.5 million to fund eight projects in the Zacatecas community. As you all may be aware, these projects include:

• Sumidero Ecotourism Park
• Bepex Fruit and Vegetable Processing Machines
• Expanded Nopal Farming
• Hester Agribusiness Equipments
• Fresnillio Pork Farm
• Zacatecas Computer Assembly Plant
