Our group would like to promote the concept of stopping Global Warming and influence people to learn and remember different ways of reducing carbon emissions through TV advertisement.
In our designed video, orangutan is the main protagonist. We think that orangutan is very close to human being; therefore, it can reflect the things that human beings will do in the future. Also, we believe that animation is more attractive and understandable than pictures and posters as the audience can enjoy both vision and audio. We believe that the story is very impressive as it applies prosopopeia which is a term refers to a figure of speech in which an animal or inanimate object is ascribed human characteristics or is spoken of in anthropomorphic language. Also, the story can get the sympathy of the audience as it has a sad atmosphere, we have given choice to the audiences that they have power to change the ending.
