All living things are made up of mostly water and its existence inside our bodies endorses and guarantees the maintenance of body fluids. Without water, the body could not get rid of excretions and unabsorbed wastes. Water is also an important factor in the regulation of body temperature. For every ten pounds of your body weight, about seven pounds is nothing but water.
