How financially healthy is the company?
The company appears to be financially stable, with revenue increasing progressively between 2004 and 2007 with the total revenue being $2 000 600.00 which is the highest of the four years.
The 2007 figures in the statement of financial performance show not only that revenue is on a steady rise but so does the expenses of the company. The company is spending more money in marketing and sales costs which clearly results in higher expenses on cost of sales and subsequently expenses in distribution of their products.
The statement of financial position shows that cash at bank for this period is lower than the others, however, this could be due to the company investing in its inventory and the amount of trade debtors is particularly higher than the last two.
