Abstract
The Riordan Manufacturing scenario will be examined with regard to the overall problematic issues and the identification of opportunities for corporate betterment. The perspectives of all key stakeholders will be examined prior to the formation of an overall problem statement summarizing the primary issues that require solutions. Possible alternative solutions will be formulated and analyzed for effectiveness against the overall end-state vision of Riordan. Following this analysis, remaining alternative solutions will be analyzed for potential risks and consequences.
Ultimately, an optimal solution for Riordan Manufacturing will be formulated in addition to a concise, measurable and time-effective implementation plan which will be evaluated for its results with the understanding that such an evaluation will necessitate a reevaluation of the optimal solution.
