Cultural Anthropology deals with learning about people and their way of life. It is also about the way anthropologists study people they have different approaches on how to study people. Anthropologists have to go about studying people in a certain way to receive the best results. Anthropology is not a narrow minded subject you have to realize that something that is foreign to you may be normal to someone else. For example your definition of a significant other might be different from another person or the term significant other may not even exist at all to someone. Anthropologists are trying to learn about cultures around the world so they cannot study people by having the mindset that what is normal to them is normal to everyone. Anthroplogists study every part of a specific culture. They take in account the whole aspect of that group not just one thing. They try to have an unbiased viewpoint with their findings.
