Howard Stern has been on terrestrial radio for over twenty years. Shocking audiences and breaking FCC rules were his priorities. He amassed over $2 million in fines to the FCC for inappropriate conversation while on the air. He was fired from numerous national radio stations due to his shocking personality and persistence in pushing the limits of what is socially accepted (Wikipedia).
Stern has finally made the move to satellite radio. He signed with Sirius Satellite Radio for $500 million for a five-year contract and the ability to say whatever he wants whenever he wants (Wikipedia). Stern’s former employer, CBS Radio Inc, has filed suit against Stern for saying whatever he wanted to promote Sirius Satellite Radio while he was still on CBS Radio.
CBS Radio filed a forty-three page complaint against Howard Stern, his company One Twelve, Inc, his agent Don Buchwald, his agent’s company Buchwald & Associates, Inc, and Sirius......
