� Introduction

This assignment is briefly a general idea of the manufacture products and services for Holden. To ensure that Holden is success in the current competitive Australian environment, it must be based on five basic competitive advantages of products and services. Those five basic competitive advantages are speed, flexibility, quality, dependability and cost that will be enhanced into nine points as explained later in the report.
