First and second waves of US feminism.

Feminism is an aspiration to equality of women with men in all spheres of society life. In
narrow sense it means a women’s movement which is purpose elimination of discrimination of
women and the equation of their rights with men. The synonym of this world can be named
emancipation of women. Romans called emancipation as liberation from fatherly authority.
That’s why there were a general value which is liberation from dependence and restriction. Also
it can mean lawful liberation of a person from legal dependence, liberation group of people from
some restriction in the rights, compared with other citizen.
As a result, emancipation of women is aspiration of the equation of the rights in both
sexes, starting with the idea, that originally human individuals were equal among themselves and
the inequality of sexes is obliged by the origin to violent submission of women by men. The
