An Eye-Opener Issue Of Magazine

“Seven Steps to Better Parenting,” as soon as I received this August 2007 issue of Awake, I couldn’t stop myself from reading it at that very instant.

I am a mother of a one-year old boy and as a worshiper of our true God Jehovah, I always pray that my little son would grow up into a faithful servant of Jah someday. So my husband and I are doing our very best, through Jah’s help, to follow the counsel of Proverbs 22:6 and rear our child in His ways. Even when CHIEN (our son) was still in my womb, we sang Kingdom songs to him, read Bible and told him about Jehovah God. After I gave birth and recovered strength, we brought Chien in the Kingdom Hall to attend his first meeting outside the womb --- he was just 13 days then! Since that day, we always bring him in the meetings and in the other Kingdom Halls where his father was being invited as a speaker. There was even a time when I brought him with me in the field ministry. It was during the distribution of the Kingdom News......
