“Earth’s future lies in space exploration”
Good afternoon class and Mr.Nunan. Welcome to the debate discussing, “Earth’s future lies in space exploration.” I am your first speaker for today and I will be arguing for this topic. Throughout my argument you will hear me arguing the fact that Space Exploration has many advantages lying ahead of Earth’s future such as, resources, discovering other life and somewhere to live. My second speaker and third speaker will also provide you with more information and statistics.
Resources. Space has oodles of resources there for the taking, if we only develop the technology to harness it. Within rocket's reach there are light buckets full of intense solar energy, at least out to Mars. Then there are valuable materials on the Moon, as well as on Mars and its moons.
