Mommy, can I have a kids meal? That is what you hear from most children these days. Its is quite sad. Instead of eating healthy foods like vegetables and fruit. Most children in our time want Twinkies or chicken nuggets. This is causing a major problem in obesity in young children specifically between the ages of 4 and 19.
If you look around, our nation is covered with obese people. Some people can not help that they are overweight, but many bring it upon themselves.
