Introduction and Background: A key element that both organizations are their job analysis process. Both entities work very hard at ensuring that everyone that they place in a position is capable of doing the job. Management does exceptional work in evaluating each applicant and making sure that each person has the skill sets to succeed in the job in which each they seek. Management has a difficult task in evaluating the key fundamental areas that makes their work force the best it can be. The key elements that need continual focus are selection, training and placement (George & Jones 2008).
