Preface

For this study paper I have focused on both Primary & Secondary research. The primary research was concerned with the people connected with the retail sector. From them I obtained the correct & true information about the scenario in the retail market using methods like personal interviews and questionnaire. The secondary research consisted of information, which were vital and also gave important insights, was gathered through Internet, magazines, and newspapers. A vast source of information, which was important and up to date, had been gathered through popular newspapers like Economic Times and Times of India.
