Environmental law is a body that implements a number of complex and interlocking statutes, common law, treaties, conventions, regulations and policies which decide about the best way to achieve acceptable environmental objectives (Bell & McGillivray, 2006).
Introduction:
This essay will argue that the development of environmental law within the England and Wales has occured due pressures created from International conventions/ treaties, European (EU) law, which has seen integration in the domestic field.
