Charles dickens is a widely known author, due to a unique brain and the reality of the stories. Dickens Highlights his own life in Victorian time and this is what made his books mesmerizing and classics. His own life story is one of rag to riches. Charles Dickens was born on the 7th of February 1812, in Portsmouth; Charles had the good fortune of going to school which benefited him with literacy skills, however this soon change as his father was imprisoned with debt. Charles didn’t have the best childhood with debt and moving from place and place and living in a society where appearance became obsessive. Dickens moved to London in 1822 and became a reporter by observing people in the streets. When Charles was 12 his father died but left him with enough money to get his son out of jail, most of these events lead to Charles to in inspiration.
