Taqwa Righteousness
Assalam Alakium Wa Rahmatullah Ha Wa Barkatahou
Taqwa is one of the fundamental principles in Islam.
It implies self-restraint, guarding oneself from all sin, wrong deeds, and injustice. Taqwa is not a passive idea. It is not merely a feeling or an emotion. Taqwa is an active concept. It is about action, doing of good deeds, positive actions in preparation for the Hereafter.
Allah says in the Holy Quran:
“No fear shall come upon them, nor shall they grieve.” Chapter 7: Verse 197
“He safeguards the righteous.” Chapter 7: Verse 197.
From these verses it is clearly stated that righteous people shall have no fear and grief and Allah will protect them.
