Motivation
Motivation is difficult to explain and practice. However motivation is still the one thing that makes people productive in their jobs, is a key element in the workplace and it is very important to know the basic theories methods and application, because it is something that unavoidable all for us will come up with in out working environment. Whether the motivation is tangible or not it all depends on the individual and how the management takes the information and applies to it. There are many theories and practices that can be studied and applied to any situation in any cases. Motivational theory are studied and practiced by companies to increase their productivity and to keep the employees motivated.
Human nature can be very simple, yet very complex too. An understanding and appreciation of this is a prerequisite to effective employee motivation in the workplace and therefore effective management and leadership.
