1920's Creative
Before everyone else woke up she snuck out of the back window. It made a funny sound, almost as if it was trying to whisper to her not to run away. But she knew she had to do this. She hated her past and she knew that this was her chance for a new beginning. She looked ahead of her and the crisp air immediately played with her uncombed hair once she escaped through the broken window. A sunrise of colors she never knew before filled the sky ahead of her and she even smiled. It had been a while since she last smiled, and she hoped it would stay. There was something alluring about her. She had a certain glow in her eyes that showed people she had endured many sufferings, she longed to be loved and longed to give love.
Walking with a graceful stride, she looked around her. There were not a lot of people walking the streets of New York at this time, but there were more than she had thought there would be. People walked past her fast. She wondered why nobody said a simple, “hello”......
