Guitar Class: A Fun and Educational Experience

Is it possible for (Insert School name here) to incorporate a guitar class into the schedule during the regular school day? According to Principal John Krajicek (Sacred Heart High, Salina, KS) it is very possible to add another class into our curriculum. In this case, an Independent Guitar Study Class is achievable with enough student interest level and consent within the school. Independent guitar would follow the format of any other Independent study class. (i.e. Latin). It would take place during school hours at a designated time every day and be taught by a certified teacher. Adding a guitar class to the curriculum at Sacred Heart will enhance student’s educational experiences here because it offers them something new, fun, and educational to try, and possibly to love.
