Organizational Behavior
Organizational Behavior is the learning and function of knowledge about how individuals, people, and groups work in organizations. It does this by enchanting a system approach. That is, it understands people organization relationships in terms of the whole organization, whole person, whole group, and whole social system. Its function is to construct better relationships by achieving human organizational objectives, objectives, and social objectives. (Senge 1990)
