A not so “jolly” Christmas parade
Like most people who do things they are not supposed to, I knew there was a possibility things would not go as planned. But still, I chose to go through with the scandal. On Thursday evening, a close friend of mine named Enrique, invited me along to go to a Christmas parade held in downtown Aguadilla. Alexis y Fido were to perform there along with other artists. I really wanted to go, but it was during school hours and I knew if I asked my parents they would not allow me to go. So what was I to do?
Enrique and I conjured up a plan. To start, I was to tell my dad I was going on the bus which came earlier, and that it was not necessary for him to take me to school the next day as he usually did.
