Leadership
To define leadership is a difficult task indeed. We understand the usage of the word yet what it truly means is a question that has a thousand answers, each unique to the one who gives it. Leadership is a quality that can be possessed, an action that can be strived for, a goal to be achieved yet it can also be so much more. I see leadership as the ability to make change, for better or for worse, on a global scale or within oneself, it is the power to choose. Leadership is prominent in every choice we make. Each time we are faced with a decision to make we become leaders.
The world is full of leaders and those who have the potential to become leaders. No one is limited as long as they do not sacrifice their ability to choose. Even those whose “physical freedoms” have been denied still have control over their mental processes and thus can still make a choice.
