Critical thinking is cold and dispassionate and will lead to slow downs in activity.
I disagree with the statement because critically thinking can be very interesting if the individual can think without being swept away by emotions and fear of the outcome. Critically thinking does not necessarily slow down the process but since critical thinking can introduce more aspect of issues that needs to be taken into consideration. Critical thinking can also be practiced and learned and when mastered can expedite the process by helping individuals looking in the right place for right answers and not wasting any time thinking about the issues that are not directly related or affecting the situation.
