When it comes to taking a step forward to pursue an MBA degree, most MBA students have a career aspiration of climbing the corporate ladder to become successful executives in their organizations. My ultimate career ambition is to work for a global corporation playing a leadership role in product management. With my engineering background and my knowledge of product and process development have helped to mold my career path. Upon completion of my MBA degree, I will further develop my professional and leadership qualities on top my knowledge and skills. I even thought that working in a male dominant environment can be satisfying. Men think linearly, they are direct when giving orders and they can work well with even co-workers that they don’t like.
