Introduction:
I am a student of business department HNC third term and I got in this term a subject research project. The basic purpose of this subject is to conduct a research at any topic or any current issue. I’ll conduct my research at this topic how does customers choose taxi car or mini cab transportation within London? I will got some information and then make a questionnaire and give to the people and got some data after that I will analysis it and last step is to write a proper report.

There are basically two trades providing driver and car hire: taxis ply for hire from taxi ranks and can be hired in the street whereas minicabs must be pre-booked by telephone or calling in person at an office.
