Movie Review: The Dark Knight
I saw this movie a day after it was released. Since I have been busy with something else I haven’t been able to blog about it. Today when I did have sometime, I thought to myself, ‘what’s the point of blogging about this movie a week after it was released’. People already know how good this movie is. But then again, the movie was so awesome that I just had to express my views! For those of you who haven’t seen this movie yet: No Spoilers here.
In the second installment of the Batman movie series, Batman joins forces with Gotham’s new district attorney, Harvey Dent to fight the Joker. Playing the joker’s role was Heath Ledger, who has done a fantastic job. His performance was incredible. And I have to agree when people around me tell me that he should be awarded an Oscar posthumously.
Christian Bale was outstanding. Aaron Eckhart (Harvey Dent) has essayed his role with perfection. Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Michael Caine were good too.......
