In 1997, it was announced that, Dolly, the first animal cloned from adult cells, was born. The remarkable achievement stroked the whole world, and since then innumerable difficulties and issues came forth. Nearly every a tiny change or step about cloning arose the world's attention and discussion. On December 27th, 2002, a piece of short news amazed the public again. It was said that the first human cloned, was born. Even though the news was not until proved, the discussion whether we should continue develop cloning or not became more perfervid.
Many governments were eager to ban human cloning. An anti-cloning treaty has been signed among nineteen European nations, and Bill Clinton has imposed a five-year moratorium on human cloning (Amit 36). Should we really need to ban human cloning? If not, how should we pursue it? Human cloning is more than a technological problem.
