1. The Nomination Committee will consist of three to five people asked to volunteer at the February meeting prior to nominations. In the event of an excess number of volunteers, the P.S.O. President shall choose five of those volunteering as the members of the nomination committee. The P.S.O. President shall designate one of those five committee members as the chairperson.

2. Any parent who is a member in good standing, for a minimum of one year, may be nominated for a position as a P.S.O. President, Vice-President, Treasurer or Secretary. No person shall accept a nomination as a P.S.O. Officer if she/he is currently holding a position on the School Board. P.S.O. Officers shall serve a term of one year, but not more that two consecutive terms in the same position.

3. In March, nomination papers will be sent out through the family envelope system along with a copy of Article III of the By-Laws, Duties of the officers. The Nomination Committee will contact each person......
