Introduction
The Dairy Queen has been a good example of a system’s recipe that has been simple and successful. Dairy Queen has seen success because it’s involves a combination hardworking owners and workers who owns and runs restaurants with good-feeling and luring treats. (Dairy Queen, 2007). August 4, 1938, at Kankakee, Illinois, Dairy Queen began with a 10 cent sale of an unnamed product. It started out as a father and son in the mix plant business experimented with a soft frozen dairy product for some time. The name of the founder is John Fremont McCullough. During those days, food franchising was not heard as in the modern days, but the new products dormant paved the way for such system.
