Possible strategies that WICS should follow
Mainly there are two strategies that WICS can follow which are developed according to the 5 propositions given by the employees of the company. Both strategies are meant to increase the sales of the company and to bring better operational and financial performance. However at the same time they find solutions through implementing different measures, the first one is a more of an aggressive strategy to increase the market coverage and the second one concentrates more on expanding its product coverage and cutting selling costs.
First strategy: Rising market coverage by increasing the number of SSD’s
