Today so many industries are changing. General Motors was known as one of the best in automotive. Because of the economy General Motors is seeing it’s company go through drastic changes. Management has to be able to put in measures that may not be beneficial to the employees but beneficial to the company. GM has been around since 1908. For 76 years management and leadership are at their best. With 264,000 employees around the globe. The years and the numbers speak for themselves.
