This is a survival guide for on-line college. I am designing it as a tool that I can use in the time
to come in school. I will be covering: utilizing Axia's resources, academic honesty, managing goals,
time management, reading comprehension and retention, and using personality and learning styles.

Using Axia's Educational Resources

Downloading is a valuable resource at Axia. Appendices can be downloaded and also library
resources such as school books for class. It is always important to have a printed copy of the syllabus
handy.
Navigating the library is also important to get information on anything that you may need for
research.
It is important to understand how to find the key within articles. Such as skimming the article,
or sometimes just reading the first paragraph or the last paragraph.
