Music,
I love music. I would say it is what soothes me. When I am stressed from work or whatever, and I need a lift. I turn to my music. I love R & B and it seem to help me to relax and give me a fresh piece of mind. When I need to figure out something and I am at a lost I sit back and put on my favorite song, or favorite radio station and I am on my way to fresh and better ideals than before. Music may not be every ones relax zone, but it is mines. I have had some tough times when it came to college and work, and I needed something to help soothe my mind to help me with my train of thought, and I remember what my mom told me she did for me when I was a baby and through out my early years when I was having a not so good of mood, she would put some music on, and there I would be quiet, and very relaxed, and still to this day, I know that my music is something that I can always count on, and it has never let me down, and I know it never will. It is nice to have something in your life......
