There are many times of things that can define drugs but in general there are the good and bad drugs. Good drugs also called medicine that help you get better usually prescribe from your physician like antibiotics or, over the counter drugs usually cold medicine. Bad drugs that are subcategorized as stimulants like steroids, depressants such as alcohol and hallucinogen like LSD.
Good drugs are only consider “good drugs” only if they are being taken correctly as directed from the patient’s doctor. It’s a different story when patients misuse the drugs such as selling them and mixing them with other drugs. Majority of the good drugs being sold are painkillers like codeine, opioid, and morphine to people who generally don’t need them.
