I was very excited to see the posting for SDA/DMC trainer, and would like to take on this new role. With almost a year of DMC experience, I feel very comfortable with the procedures, duties, and responsibilities of this position, and am looking forward to trying something new.

Before the new database was introduced to the l office, I was the only DMC selected to receive advance training for the 2.0 controller. The purpose of this was to be prepared to help train the rest of my department once the new controller would be brought to and implemented in our office. While this training was certain to be exciting and different, I knew that it would also be very intense, as so much new information would have to be processed and retained to effectively train others.
During this week, and for part of next week, I have been/will be training other DMC’s. This entails showing an overview of the new controller, how it is designed to work, how the different file......
