The Citizens' Self-Defense Act of 2009 (H.R. 17) and the rendition of a broken society –
There are many bills pertaining to firearms that I would like to address. Some of which coincide with the sell and trade of firearms, and others involving the ordinance and application of how, when, and where the use of deadly force is acceptable. Corresponding bills such as the Unite States House of Representatives (H.R. 17), was passed by the 111th congress under Session 1 in January of 2009. Much of the representation in this new bill is likely to have been birth from larger bills such as the constitutional 2nd amendment which in today’s world is considered by many to be old-fashioned, or the 2007 Texas Senate Bill (S.B. 378) which is in any case often misinterpreted and poorly handled when viewed in its own jurisdiction.
