Executive Summary
This report is addressing Service Request SR-RM-001, which requests suggestions for specific systems changes to improve Riordan’s inventory or manufacturing processes. The suggestions made in this report are addressing the inventory process. Results are based on research of Riordan’s current inventory process. The current inventory process is currently broken into three parts: raw materials receiving, manufacturing with inventory, and final product shipping.
