Academic honesty is very important to schools and universities because any persons given the right to attend school should want to show what they are capable of doing, not how good they can cheat. Their work reflects who they are. Nowadays, cheating is a serious problem in many schools. Schools are trying to find students cheating, but in fact, it is difficult to prove. The reason is that it is impossible for teachers or proctors to watch each student all the time. Even though teachers or proctors know who has cheated from their student’s exam sheet, they wouldn’t have particular proof. Therefore, cheating is a fact of life. There is no way to eliminate it.
