Shanghai Fosun High Technology (Group) Co. Ltd (复星国际有限公司) is the largest diversified privately-owned conglomerate in China. It is also known as “Shanghai’s Hutchison Whampoa” (上海姌黃). Fosun is currently one of China’s Top 50 Enterprises. Its parent company, Fosun International was listed on the SEHK on 16 July 2007. This marks the most historical leap for Fosun.

Founders
Fosun was founded by four university graduates from the Fudan University in 1992. They are Guo Guangchang (郭广昌), Liang Xinjun (梁信军), Wang Qunbin (汪群斌) and Fan Wei (范伟). They are all currently serving in management positions in Fosun.
