Beowulf
Although very fictional in style, Burton Raffel does a very good job in the story Beowulf by expressing a common allegory that people regard as true today. Amazed by Raffel sense of style, DreamWorks Pictures reproduced there own version of Beowulf. Of necessity, their version remains parallel with that of Raffel; however, DreamWorks felt the need to tweak certain details to make the story just right!
Some of the main events that occurred in the story also occurred in the movie. The main events that occurred in both productions are basically the main plot of the general idea that is portrayed. The story starts with the creation of the world and the evil creature Grendel. Grendel is a threat to Hrothgar’s people because he comes very often to take there lives. When Beowulf hears of this creature, he travels to Herot, the place in which Hrothgar and his people reside. Beowulf carries 14 of his noblemen with him.......
