The boundaries within the Human resource world are limitless. Human resource responsibilities range from managing the needs of employees within an organization and gathering talented individuals to build a company towards their goal of success. In this paper I will be discussing Human resources roles and their responsibilities that require them to recognize and account for many factors such as globalization, technology, diversity and ethics.
Like most companies there is a front line department or organization that helps build the foundation of that company. This is where HR comes into play with its many responsibilities and one of there key roles is globalization.
