Hacking is always the issue in the cyber-technology. Everyday we come across much news regarding the hackings. There was news in the last year that “District Attorney's office charges 17-year-old boy with computer tampering, computer trespass, and criminal possession of computer material.” Even after that company who was infected (AOL) was unsure that whether the customer data was stolen or not. Is it moral? Or is it ethical? According to the age limits he was minor that time. Government cannot make him liable due to its own limitations. Although he cracked but did not stole any data. In other words we can say that he challenged the AOL that they are serving the customers with the flaws in the system.

The definition of hacker has changed radically over the years. With the aid of the mass media, the word has developed a negative feeling rather than the positive one it used to have.......
