of the Second World War which inturn gave him the

California in the year 1885 He was educated "at the U.S.

at his graduation "he was commissioned as a second

served as "aide-e-camp to the American general John
Pershing On Pershings expedition to Mexico"(Patton
Encarta 1 of 1). However,in France during WWI Patton
opened a " tank training school and commanded a Tank
brigades"(Patton, ENCARTRA 1 of 1). In '42 & '43 he
commanded U.S. forces in "Morocco, Tunisia,and
