El Estatuto Real tuvo vigencia de 1834-1836 tenia un carácter ideológico conservador. Es Soberanía Real. Estructuraba las Cortes en dos cámaras: El Estamento de próceres de designación real y el Estamento de procuradores que no llegaba al 0,2% del total de la población(sufragio censitario).
