Argue whether or not a utopia has ever, or will, exist. Webster's Dictionary defines the term utopia as "An ideally perfect place, especially in its social, political, and moral aspects". Then we can explore the term dystopia, the mirror image of a utopia, the exact opposite, a world blinded by utter chaos. However, one does not exist without the other. The majority of politics today is democratic, not to mention the remaining percentage is said to be totalitarian.
