3 Symbols in Lord of the Flies

There is a great deal of symbolic usage in the novel Lord of the Flies. Perhaps my favorite is the use of Roger to represent all of the losers who huff gas and catch themselves on fire. What is most ironic about Roger and about this essay, is that, the kinds of people it takes to post other people's work on the internet, as well as the kinds of people takes to copy others' works and claim them, are basically the same as Roger.
The other irony in Roger's character and yours is that, if you are even reading this, you most likely have no idea what I'm talking about, because you didn't read the book.

English teachers and professors know about this place. Passing other people's work off as your own is illegal. Keep it up: I'll get you.
